I have always been passionate about photography.
I was given a camera when I was 12 years old, and toted it around with me where ever     I went.
I had a fear that if I did not carry this camera with me,
I would miss out on something.

Over the years, this has occasionally proven to be true.
There have been times when I have been out with friends, or my kids, and have not
    bought my camera,
(my attempt to travel light)  and missed those moments.
It's a constant thought as a photographer with kids.... what is family time, and what is
    photography time....
Perhaps I am going to forever intertwine the two....
But, because I am in love with the process of photography, I don't know that I
    really mind.

     The things I see.....

     Little moments,
     secret smiles,
     sideways glances,
beautiful light, illuminating the otherwise mundane... these things have the potential
     to become great images.
And I know how important it is for you to be able to trust the one doing the capturing.
So you can always look back at the pictures we have made, and fondly remember.
